I watched Amari Bailey grow into the player he is today. He is everything you want in a future NBA superstar. He's currently projected to go 6th in the 2023 NBA draft which is a testament to how strong this draft is projected to be.
Despite this if you asked us Bailey is a clear top five pick in 2023 and you can make an argument for top three. Amari possess the freak athleticism and basketball IQ combination scouts dream of he reminds me of Lebron James that's how special I think he can be. Bailey is a three level scorer, strong defender and has the physical tools to dominate at the next level. The way he explodes off of either leg dunking or stops on a dime and pulls up for a jump shot is truly a wonder to witness. If I was drafting 1st overall Amari Bailey would be the pick. Only time will tell if anyone else agrees. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Cameron Boozer Future NBA Star2/4/2021
It’s been a challenge finding tape on Cameron Boozer or his brother Cayden. There is less of them online than one would expect. Both son’s of Carlos Boozer are 8th grade prospects currently. Cameron and Cayden both possess a strong basketball IQ and are excellent rebounders.
Cameron is the better prospect a he is a quick minded defender who plays the passing lanes well. Possesses a soft touch on his mid-range jump shot and has the tools to grow into a star. Cayden is less polished but still holds NBA rotational talent potentially or could possibly be a starter depending on his growth curve. They will both be draft eligible 2025 at the earliest. If they both give themselves time to grow it will improve their chances of maybe getting a look late in the 1st round. Cameron could still grow into a potential lottery pick the talent is there. The tools are there but where will their growth take them? Only the future will tell us. Watch for Cameron Boozer to possibly be a lottery selection in the 2025 NBA draft. We will follow both in high school and update this page with new scouting insights. Carmelo Swinson is only in 8th grade it feels insane his name is even being mentioned but he was a top 10 7th grade prospect and one of the most talented young basketball players in the world. His strong first step , three level scoring ability and basketball IQ all show star potential. It’s difficult to project a 13 year old’s potential however.
His three point shot will need work and as he matures and competition becomes harder Swinson will need to continue to refine his game. We project him as the number 1 overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft but nothing is guaranteed. The NBA could have a new Carmelo but he needs to stay hungry and keep learning And getting better. Hundreds of very talented young men will gladly take his spot if he doesn’t keep at it. History is littered with examples of talent not being realized. Will Carmelo Swinson be the next NBA superstar? It looks promising now but only time will give us a clear answer if he wants to claim his spot among basketball royalty. We will be following his progress in high school and update this piece accordingly. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Bradley Beal Trade Request coming1/27/2021 A trusted league source has confided in us here at Basketball Rehab that Bradley Beal intends to request a trade. Beal has grown more frustrated with the Washington Wizards front office lack of success building around him and he was unhappy about the John Wall trade.
We are told the Miami Heat are high on his trade preference list. Other potential suitors include the Denver Nuggets and New York Knicks. Source continued by telling us trade request will likely come in the next 48 hours. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

Scottie Pippen Jr Future NBA Superstar![]() If Scottie Pippen’s son were a wing like his dad the hype would likely be stronger. What many are missing is the talent is still undeniable. A 6’3” point guard the younger Pippen has the elite handle and scoring confidence you crave in a lead guard. His explosive first step and passing vision accompany a nose for the basketball on defense. Scottie Pippen Jr reads passing lanes like he was told the play. His smallish stature and lack of an elite three-point shot will likely cause him to be drafted later than his talent level. We have him 4th on our draft board for the 2022 NBA draft and 7th for the 2023 NBA draft. Despite our high ranking and believe he has NBA superstar level potential the more likely outcome for Scottie Pippen Jr is as a mid to late 1st round pick in the 2022 or 2023 NBA draft. Jerry Stackhouse has publicly said is Pippen Jr were two inches taller he would likely have been a lottery pick. As a freshman at Vanderbilt the younger Pippen has already continued to flash the potential that Mr Stackhouse saw in him. With Pippen Jr continuing to show growth the sky is the limit. Even though we are likely the only outlet to grade him as a future superstar we are confident in our evaluation. Previous examples of our prospect analysis include ranking RJ Barrett No 1 overall in 2019, we had James Wiseman as our No 1 prospect in 2020. As Boyz II Men say we come to the end of the road but it seems pretty clear to me that Scottie Pippen Jr possess the raw talent to be special at the NBA level. Will he unlock it? Only time will tell. Nine Best Trios In NBA History1/20/2021 Best Trios In NBA History
Throughout the history of NBA there were many great individuals running up and down the court and being best in one of a multitude of ways. Come to think about an individual makes you wonder can one player in a team make a substantial difference? Yes, he can but… the thing is that the player can work on his statistics but the team still has no results. That has been proven many times up to now. You need all the right pieces.
Just ask yourself how many titles have they won as a team (there were many MVP’s) or how many of them lead the team to over 50% wins over losing? Not as many. Since basketball is a team sport let us see how it was with superstar trios in the NBA. As seen, that can make all the difference. Since it is unimaginable to have a superstar starting 5 in a team, that all can score 30 plus and have 20 plus rebounds with additional 10 plus assists, let us focus on trios that were able to do it. 1. Jerry West/Wilt Chamberlain/Gail Goodrich (Lakers) West, Chamberlain, and Goodrich played with each other for only three seasons in the early 1970s. However, they were dominant for those three seasons, as they advanced to the Finals each season, winning in 1972. They had arguably the greatest season ever in 1971-72, as they won a then-record 69 games and had a still-record 33-game winning streak. 2. Moses Malone/Julius Erving/Mo Cheeks (76ers) Malone, Dr. J, and Cheeks played with each other for four seasons in the '80s. They were fantastic together—Cheeks was the distributor, Erving was the perimeter scorer, and Moses was the inside presence. They won one championship together in the 1982-83 season, when they totally dominated in the playoffs, only losing one game. 3. Kobe Bryant/Shaquille O'Neal/Derek Fisher (Lakers) Kobe, Shaq and Fisher played with each other for eight seasons, from the mid-'90s until the early 2000s. Together, they won three consecutive championships and advanced to the Finals once more. At the time of their dominance, Kobe and Shaq were the two best players in the league, and Fisher was a great role player, who was a great outside shooter and leader. 4. Isiah Thomas/Joe Dumars/Bill Laimbeer (Pistons) Isiah, Dumars and Laimbeer played with each other for eight seasons, from the mid-'80s until the early '90s. Isiah and Dumars provided one of the greatest backcourts of all time, and Laimbeer was a good big man who was a four-time All-Star. Together, they won back-to-back championships in the late '80s. 5. Tim Duncan/Manu Ginobili/Tony Parker (Spurs) Duncan, Ginobili and Parker have been the best trio in the last decade. They have won three championships together. Duncan has been the man inside, Ginobili is a great all-around perimeter player, and Parker has been a high-scoring point guard who is fantastic at getting in the lane and creating. 6. Michael Jordan/Scottie Pippen/Dennis Rodman (Bulls) Jordan, Pippen, and Rodman played with each other for three seasons. They won the championship in all three seasons, as Jordan and Pippen captured their second three-peat. Jordan and Pippen were the great offensive and defensive perimeter players, and Rodman was a great defensive and rebounding machine inside. 7. Larry Bird/Kevin McHale/Robert Parrish (Celtics) Bird, McHale, and Parrish formed the greatest frontcourt of all time—without a doubt. They were dominant during the '80s. Bird was the small forward, McHale was the power forward, and Parrish was the center. Together, they won three championships and advanced to the Finals two other times. All three of them made it to the Hall of Fame. 8. Magic Johnson/Kareem Abdul Jabbar/James Worthy (Lakers) Magic, Kareemm and Worthy formed the most entertaining and exciting teams of all time—the Showtime Lakers of the '80s. Together, they won three championships (Kareem and Magic had won two prior to Worthy arriving) in the late '80s. Magic was the great lead guard, Worthy was the fantastic quick forward who was a great finisher, and Kareem was the inside presence in the half court. 9. Bill Russell/Bob Cousy/John Havlicek (Celtics) Russell, Cousy and Havlicek dominated the late '50s and early '60s. Together, they won six championships. (Russell won 11 total, Cousy won eight total, and Havlicek also won eight total.) Russell was the anchor of the defense inside, Cousy was the great point guard, and Havlicek was the great all-around forward who was stellar at both ends of the court. It is true, they manly played years apart each trio in different decade (some few years in the same), but they were what you call the greatest. There are numbers of trios forming in the ‘’new area’’ of NBA (Dallas, La Lakers, Brooklyn, …) but there is something missing and something is too much. Missing is the love for the game. What Is An ACL?
The Anterior Cruciate Ligament, also known as the ACL, is one of the primary fibrous connective tissues that connect bones. The ACL helps stabilize the knee joint. It limits the forward movement of the tibia in contrast to the femur and also minimizes rotational movements of the knee. The ACL is the major ligament in the knee whose principal function is to keep the knee joints stabilized.
The Anterior Cruciate Ligament tears are the injury commonly encountered during any sports activities that involve changes in direction and a sudden stop, such as basketball, soccer, tennis, and volleyball. The ACL tears in a injury range from small tears to severe tears. For instance, when the ligament completely tears or when the ligament and also part of the bone are not together with the rest of the bone. The ACL tears injury can happen when the foot is firmly planted on the ground, and a sudden stop hits the knee while the leg is straight or slightly bent during sport. There are several signs to know if there is an injury and the ACL tears, such as: Feeling internal pressure in the knee at the time of the damage. Such pop in the knee could be possibly heard as well. Also, there would be severe pain external and back part of the knee. Another symptom that alerts the injury is the knee's swelling, which may give a sign of bleeding within the knee joint on the first few hours of the wound. If it happens to be a solemn one, the swelling that usually occurs in this situation is very immediate. It does not take hours before it gives a sign. Additional significant symptoms that worth noticing is unstable feelings and giving out. Meanwhile, there are treatments for ACL tear injury. The surgical and nonsurgical treatment are the two primary treatments for the damage. The non-surgical treatment is applicable for those who choose not to have surgery repair for their torn ACL. They do not participate in any sports activities that will place aggressive stress on the knee, such as cutting, twisting, or jumping. Any patient that requires this kind of treatment does not give any other symptoms of ACL injury. The surgical treatment, on the other hand, is the repair of torn ACL on individuals who participate in any form of sports activities that stress the knee. ACL tears that require this type of treatment will definitely give further signs of the ACL injury. Surgical treatment is mainly to replace a torn ACL to reestablish normal knee stability. We hope this summary of what an ACL is and how it can be treated has been helpful. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.

James Harden Traded To Brooklyn NetsJames Harden trade Watch has finally come to an end. Harden an eight time all star is on his way to join Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn. The Nets know their new big three can make them championship contenders. Multiple teams bid on Harden including Miami, Philly, Denver, Milwaukee but in the end the Net's found a way to keep Kyrie Irving and get a deal done. The trade is a rare four team deal involving the Pacers, Rockets, Nets and Cavs. The Rockets receive Victor Oladipo, Rodions Kurucs, four 1st round picks and four pick swaps. The Nets receive James Harden. The Pacers receive Caris Levert , 2nd round pick. The Cavs receive Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince. The Rockets wanted a star in return and they could have that if Oladipo returns to form. The Pacers have long coveted Levert and Oladipo was more available than publicly admitted. The Cavs really like both young players they got and the Milwaukee 1st is likely a late one. The Recommended Content Widget will appear here on the published site.
